These terms apply whenever you book a workshop or personal training session with CREATEVA. By booking, you agree to them.
1. Who we are

2. Our services
We provide live, online, project-based workshops and separate 1:1 personal training sessions, as described on this website. Every workshop is standalone — there is no compulsory order to take them in.
3. Bookings & payment
Bookings are made and paid for through a secure third-party payment provider. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) before you pay. A seat or session slot is only confirmed once payment is successfully completed.
4. Accuracy of information
When you book, please provide accurate name, email and (where given) phone details — we use these to send your confirmation, joining link and any updates about your class.
5. Conduct in class
We ask everyone to be respectful towards instructors and other students. Class materials and any recording of the session may not be recorded, redistributed or shared without our explicit permission.
6. Intellectual property
Slides, templates and other class materials we provide remain the intellectual property of CREATEVA. Anything you personally create during a class — your edited video, thumbnail, script or other project — is yours.
7. Minors
Students under 18 are welcome, but a parent or guardian must approve the booking and payment on their behalf.
8. Limitation of liability
We work to deliver every class as described, but to the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a class or session is limited to the amount you paid for that class or session. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost opportunities or lost profits.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time as the academy grows. Continuing to use our services after a change means you accept the updated terms — please check this page occasionally.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
